What do I have to do to order?

At Wesley James Co., I am passionate about creating unique and stylish hats that reflect your personal style.

My process to create a custom hat design is easy. Simply browse my gallery for inspiration, let your creativity flow, and fill out the quote form at the bottom of this page. Ensure that you include explicit details when describing your ideas. Within 24-48 hours, I will review your selections and send you an invoice with a quote for your custom design. Once you've paid the non-refundable deposit, and signed your Client Agreement, I will order your hat and begin the design process.

I will keep you in the loop about the progress of your design every step of the way!

How much does a custom hat cost?

My custom hats begin at $200 with potential to increase based on the type of hat and brand you choose. I prefer to use only high-quality 100% wool felt hats for my custom designs to ensure durability over time. Charlie 1 Horse brand floppy hats in the color of your choice (given availability) are included in my base price. However, stiff brim Charlie 1 Horse hats or hats in rare colors that may be difficult to acquire are an additional $100 charge.

Embellishments such as ribbons, feathers, and hand-sewn threads are available at an additional cost.
