Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Made-to-Order Items Some items are made to order if not currently in stock. If your order includes a made-to-order item, you will be notified at the time of purchase with an estimated production and shipping timeframe. Made-to-order items typically require an additional 5-10 business days before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped from our facility in Texas.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states. P.O. boxes are accepted for standard shipping only.

International Shipping International shipping is currently not available.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order to the best of our ability.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed and shipped.
